Registration fees are:

Early Bird Registration:

  • APMP Members – $150.00
  • Non-APMP Members – $180.00

Regular Registration:

  • APMP Members – $180.00
  • Non-APMP Members – $210.00

If you are not paying online by credit card and are paying by check, please send your registration payment by check made payable to: APMP GA Chattahoochee Chapter.

Please indicate your APMP membership status on the memo line of your check.

Dietary Requirements:

If you require a chicken or vegetarian alternate dinner for dietary reasons, please send an email to keith.propst@comcast.net prior to the date of the meeting.

Cancellation Policy:

A partial refund (amount paid less $15 administrative fee per registrant) will be made for cancellations received up to 2 weeks before the date of the conference. After that time, no cancellations will be accepted, but substitutions will be allowed. Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to the Registration Coordinator, Keith Propst, at keith.propst@comcast.net.
