Mitch had the responsibility to set up and manage three corporate proposal and technical writing groups and supported the creation of one specialized proposal group. Applying over 20years of Business Development and Technical Communications experience, Mitch developed processes and procedures to successfully achieved ISO 9000:2001 certification for two DoD contractors and successfully applied the “Best Practices” approach for a major financial corporation in a commercial environment.

Mitch holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Shorter College; awarded the Phillips Ligon Graduate Studies Scholarship for scholastic and classroom leadership; and a member of the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Shorter College.
Mitch is a certified Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Professional Proposal Member (PPM) and served as the APMP Georgia Chattahoochee Chapter President from January 2009 until December 2010 and Co-Chaired the 2010 SPAC.
